Stayed at Hotel Fron on our trip to Iceland, the hotel is in an ideal location in that close to plenty of shops and bars and also not too far from the harbour. Staff were also very friendly. The rooms we had were more than adequate, the bed and pillows were great and offered a restful nights sleep.

Stayed for 2 nights in November for a quick Rekjavik city break. The hotel is in a great location, was super clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are nice, cosy, Found a toenail by the headrest and fake lashes on the floor. I could get past that as rooms were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hold luggage room is in the basement. Breakfast was great. Variety of foods and buffet style. Lovely and very central so everything is in walking distance. They have paper maps at the desk for you to rip off and take which is a nice touch.
