The best Korean food I have ever had. It is the most delicious meal we have had in Roveniemi too. Everything was absolutely delightful. My personal favorite was the deep fried tofu with zucchini salad - for the tofu and the two different sauces. One was exquisite (the lighter one) and gave true umami. The other with gochujang was also delicious. The salmon entree was good too. And last the kimchi stew with tuna. We could have gone without the bibimbap - more basic / what you would expect of bibimbap. Also if you think you aren’t hungry for dessert think again and get something. We got the mango plate and loved it.

This really deserves way more stars. The Korean food served here tastes delicious and authentic. My family and I loved the presentation and taste profiles of the dishes. See pictures for names of dishes. As for the taste, do go down and have a meal there :)

From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambience and friendly staff made the experience feel extremely welcoming and relaxed, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travelling. We ordered two starters: the deep-fried chicken and the Korean beef dumpling soup. Safe to say, both were absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy with a strong, satisfying flavour, while the dumpling soup had a surprising depth and comforting complexity. For mains, we had the spicy pork, bulgogi bibimbap, and kimchi pork stew. The spicy pork was tender and flavourful, and the bulgogi bibimbap was hearty, well-balanced, and beautifully seasoned. The kimchi pork stew was had generous portions of pork, incredibly comforting in the winter, and perfectly salted. The rice was fluffy and refillable upon request. My family and I had been enjoying our holiday in Finland and were starting to crave good Asian food. This place has been the best spot we’ve tried by far. Hanki has completely surpassed our expectations, and left us satiated, warm, and delighted as we continue our trip. Highly recommended!
