Mirela, Claudia, and Victor are wonderful people with great passion for what they do. Visiting Santa Claus Village with them was a fantastic experience. They were excellent guides – friendly, professional, and very engaging, with interesting stories and explanations throughout the tour. Everything was well organized, and they made the trip truly enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to say that today’s husky activity was absolutely amazing. It was truly one of the best experiences ever — and I’m not exaggerating, I really mean it. Everything was perfect, and we enjoyed every single moment. Also, Gigi, our guide, was amazing — very kind, professional, and made the experience even better.

Our snowshoeing activity was guided by Lore and Ben. I was a little clumsy at first, but they were incredibly patient and encouraging throughout. It was a lot of fun, and I truly enjoyed the experience. Lore and Ben were very supportive, and it turned out to be an awesome and memorable activity. I highly recommend this activity, and do ask for Lore and Ben if you get a chance.
