Great Hotel for the night after the W trek. All we wanted was food and a hot tub. The hot tub does incur extra fees 30.000,00 pesos but it's your own private hot tub for an hour with a beautiful mountain and fjord view. They have gluten-free and vegetarian options for dinner and the included breakfast. However, when we arrived for breakfast at 7h30 am, most items were gone (eggs, fruits, yogurts) and we had to request for it to be restocked and wait 20 minutes for it slowly be refilled while we were short for time. As previously mentionned by other reviews, the breakfast process could be streamlined.

A great place. But please do your research.. You need a car or use taxis or walk to town. Restaurant and bar closed on a Sunday. The staff are great, rooms great and breakfast is perfectly adequate and now starts at 5:30am making early trips out more manageable. I really don't understand any negative reviews tbh.. We loved it.

Loved it. Excellent staff and location if you have a vehicle. Tranquil place with gorgeous views, comfortable beds and nice shower. Breakfast was excellent with many options and made to order eggs and omelet. Would stay here again. Room view added.
