Excellent boutique hotel. Wonderful service. Looks like the pictures. They stored our luggage for 2 USD per day while we were on the W trek, even if our return wasn't at the same hotel. Restaurant is very accomodating for gluten-free and vegetarian options and I was greeted wish fresh gluten free bread for dinner. Unfortunately, the restaurant closes at 10pm which is quite early and we missed our opportunity window to eat when our return bus was late on our 2nd night. Kind of far from the city centre but theres walking and biking paths to easily get there without needing a taxi.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Weskar. The staff is very friendly, never had to wait very long for assistance. We enjoyed our free breakfast and had dinner one night that was very good. Most rooms have a view of the water, they were almost too warm and had everything you need including a comfy bed. Welcome drinks were a little sweet for our taste but it’s a nice gesture.

This place is pretty great. Staff is very polite and helpful. They all speak English well, but were willing to suffer through our clumsy attempts at español. The bad reviews seem like expectations were not aligned with reality. I.e. the Wesker is great, but don't expect the Waldorf Astoria or Ritz Carlton.
