What an amazing trip! We went on two excursions with Fredrick and Anna - A nature hike during the day and an evening aurora hike with the huskies. Both were INCREDIBLE. Fredrick and Anna are so knowledgeable about nature, history and Arctic culture and are amazing storytellers. We have travelled the world and these two walks are up there with the best we've ever done. We saw the Northern Lights, drank hot lingonberry juice, walked on untouched snow and saw some of the most spectacular landscapes I've ever experienced. If you're in Abisko and fancy a little adventure, contact Fredrick and Anna, it'll be one of the best things you do.

A truely magical experience this evening hike was with my two hosts and four huskies. We hiked up to the tipi, drank homemade lingonberry tea and ate delicious homemade biscuits. When warm we moved outside to sit on reindeer furs under the stars watching the Aurora.Our time together was truely relaxing and a special moment was shared under the broad expanse of the nights sky. I definitely recommend this hike if you truely want to feel connected to nature. I will definitely be back and I look forward to seeing Anna and Fredrik again.

The experience was absolutely amazing! We received a very warm welcome, with the dogs happily greeting everyone and creating a lovely atmosphere from the start. The hike with Frederick was fantastic—he’s a very knowledgeable guide with great stories and insights about the area. We stopped at a beautiful viewpoint, sitting on reindeer skins while enjoying homemade lingonberry tea. An unforgettable experience!
