An incredible experience in Sommarøy. Highly recommended! ​Even though this is the main hotel in the area, they definitely don't rely on just being the only option—the quality here exceeded my expectations. The property offers both standard hotel rooms and larger apartments. ​We stayed in an apartment for 6 people, and it was modern, spacious, and in pristine condition. The highlight was definitely the stunning view overlooking the harbor and the mountains. Having a fully equipped kitchen was also a huge plus for us. ​As a guest, you get access to the sauna and free coffee/tea in the lobby. They also serve breakfast and lunch on-site. If you are visiting Sommarøy, this is the place to be.

We stayed in one of the sea houses - lovely homes sitting on a beach a hundred or so meters from the main hotel buildings. The place was lovely - nice view, well designed, comfortable beds. Our only issue was with the cutlery and glasses - they had only a fork or two, a spoon, and three wine glasses, two of which were plastic. For price and style, they can do better - and service in main hotel could be improved. But in spite of this, we would go back! Particularly in summer, when the local beaches would be fantastic.

Spacious and very hot sauna next to the ocean so you can experience the full Norwegian sauna experiences! Food at the lounge was also very well done - best fries during this trip. Fish burger was also good and made in a fish patty sort of way that had more bounce to it (tasted like a fish and shrimp patty). Can also try traditional reindeer stew here. Very friendly service and relaxed setting on a beautiful island.
