We had an amazing dining experience. Milan and Pelegia took wonderful care of us and made the evening truly special. Milan was a fantastic host, warm, attentive, and great to talk to, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. We were welcomed with a complimentary starter platter of cheese, olives, and mushrooms, a very thoughtful gesture. The mussels were excellent, perfectly cooked with a rich and flavorful sauce. They had a very unique taste, possibly influenced by the Arctic waters around Tromsø. The parmesan fries were crispy and full of flavor. The lamb shank was outstanding, juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. Everything from the food to the service was excellent. Hats off to the chef for such high quality dishes, and sincere thanks to Milan and Pelegia for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended, we will absolutely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

De Tre Nommer is situated on the top floor of the St. Elisabeth Hotel, which opened last year in a repurposed former hospital building on a hill above Tromsø. The views are simply magnificent - overlooking the city and across to the mainland over the sound. We first visited on December 24 for a Christmas dinner and enjoyed the place. The moose stew was outstanding, and we were told the moose had been hunted only shortly before - a nice touch of authenticity. We returned again today just for drinks and, once more, everything was excellent. The hotel renovation is still slightly behind schedule, so if you stay in the hotel, don’t expect everything to work 100% perfectly yet. That said, the staff more than make up for it with their warmth and hospitality.

The food was really yummy. I had the reindeer for the first time, and it was delicious. The service was amazing. Suvo was our server, and he always made sure we had everything. His energy was amazing.
