Terrific boss and waitress. They warmly welcomed us, chatted with us, and offered to take us back to old town. The corridor was decorated with real Yellowknife historical stories, about normal people and their lives. We were touched at this place.

I visited this place on Thursday evening, while in between travel stops to Nunavut. Oh man, I am so grateful I found this place. Martin and Sam, you’re wonderful in every way! The amazing food including the desert was so delicious. As an African, it felt like I was right at home, eating my father’s home-cooked meal. Thank you for the company, the laughs and your generosity in every way. ❤️ Wishing you both the best and see you soon!

A delicious and lovely experience at this locally owned restaurant. Not in downtown which means it’s quiet. The food was amazing. Alcoholic mixed drinks are a great price and excellent service from Martin who was our server and cook (I think he’s the owner too). If you haven’t been here yet…. What are you waiting for?!
