Trip to Churchill - review: Our 5 day trip to Churchill in August 2025 was awesome! The entire Discover Churchill team went to great lengths to make sure we experienced everything Churchill has to offer. First off, top of mind was always our safety! Our professional photographer/tour guides were very knowledgeable about everything Churchill and it became very obvious that they care deeply about this environment and the wildlife that makes this their home. Our tour guides Dave & Alex were amazing. They shared their knowledge of this area at every opportunity through personal stories and experiences of their time in Churchill. Both were very patient and accommodating with us, taking us where we wanted to go and helping everyone take the best pictures. We would strongly recommend this unique adventure to anyone interested in exploring northern Manitoba! Thank you so much Discover Churchill! Mike & Laura

Discover Churchill was kind enough to take me out and a 1-day wildlife viewing tour despite the season technically being over. Dave Allcorn was an incredible guide. His love of the Churchill area and the wildlife that live there was infectious. We were able to watch and photograph many bears and other animals, from a safe distance. I would highly recommend Discover Churchill and hope to be back in the future to tour with them again.

Discover Churchill was an amazing experience - excellent guides, and a great perspective. When booking, I couldn’t find a tundra tour but it was actually the best thing to happen when planning my trip. These tours are more personal, yet because they have multiple guides a day they are working together and sharing where they are spotting wildlife. It’s the perfect balance between a personalized experience and a good chance of finding wildlife. You also are at eye level with the action which is amazing to see. The tour was personalized to the interests of the group and our tour guide, Dave, gave us the option at the end to see a historic site. It was really lovely. He also had some great stories and knowledge of both the area and animals. Alex also helped me with my camera so I was able to get even better shots as a very amateur photographer. I thought Churchill wound be a bucket list trip but I might have to come back another year.
